Yoga on Willow
A short gentle flow with Jill followed by the soothing sounds by Gabrielle.

As we adjust to the darkness of Fall and Winter months, our clocks set back to standard time, let’s take in some rest and reset into this gentle and quieter season.

Soothing sound frequencies can be another avenue for the body at a cellular level to rest and replenish. Sound baths have many additional benefits including decreasing stress and anxiety, increased focus and mental clarity, better sleep and calming the mind and body, improved breathing and heart rates and connection to self for wellness and self caring.
Please wear layers. When we lay still, body temperature drops, so please bring an extra blanket if you’d like. Other ideas include a pillow, cozy socks, an extra yoga mat or a camping pad. The more comfortable you feel, the easier it becomes for the body to relax.
